Description

The Lead Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining various sites in a state of operating excellence so that they meet the performance needs of the organization, supervises crews and jobs; schedule staff; communicates with Market President of Premium Parking.

Core Functions

• Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance procedures
• Communicates issues to Market President
• Oversee repairs, renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed
• Communicate with vendors to coordinate orders, deliveries, parts, and work.
• Performs routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage, painting, wall repair and lighting
• Hanging and maintaining signage.
• Repairing lighting, replacing bulbs, installing new lighting
• Maintaining equipment in good working order
• Painting and striping of parking lots
• Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards
• Working with subcontractors on a variety of issues.
• Provides responsible repair and installation of services to our customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintains in good order any and all tools provided by Premium Parking to perform installation and repair services.
• Complies with all OSHA regulations as outlined in the OSHA manual and training.
• Maintains and utilizes personal protective equipment when needed.
• Communicates in a timely manner, keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary.
• Completes all work orders in a timely manner. All work orders should be closed daily and submitted for billing..
• Complies with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy including light maintenance, cleaning the interior and exterior of the assigned vehicle daily

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Basic knowledge of painting procedures
• General knowledge of concrete repairs
• Flexible availability any day of the week, including nights and weekends
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoors
