Bistro is the Resturaunt/Bar onsite. Our menu is cooked to serve so guests order individually. We offer Starbucks so you will be required to use our Espresso machine.
During the Evening our bar is open daily so at times you will be serving alcohol and wine.

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for sweeping/mopping kitchen area.
- Keeping all kitchen equipment clean at all times including fryers, grill, flat top, hot box, etc.
- Keeping kitchen, dish washing station clean at all times.
- Prepping food and having it ready for your shift.
- Keeping all areas in the kitchen clean and organized.
- Keeping walk in freezer and reach in clean and organized.
- Keeping all foods covered and dated.
- Required to keep up the quality of food and service we give to our guest.
- Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps.
- Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.

Job Description
- Responsible for vacuuming/mopping floor, rolling silverware.
- Cleaning off the tables, maintaining a clean workstation take out trash and put in new liners.
- Restock condiments on tables, refill salt and pepper shakers, buff, put away glasses and clean coffee/tea urns.
- Keeping certain areas in the kitchen clean and maintained.
- Always have room service trays pre-set before your shift ends.
- Always stay professional, stay at your workstation to be available for guests at all times, acknowledge and seat guests promptly.
