What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Customer Service position at InSitu Technologies Inc.?
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Assist management with office tasks: Filing, email with suppliers and customers, meeting notes and scheduling.
- Enter leads and referrals from, tradeshows, and other market activities to the master contact list
- Ability to create, adjust and convey Company Information in a concise and effective manner, update and maintain existing documentation
- Generate weekly inventory list
Inside Sales:
- Assist Sales Managers in various customer service task as needed.\
- Update Customer and Supplier information
Experience Required:
- 1 Years administrative Assistant experience required
- OR 1 Year Customer service.
- Reliable individual for to open open in the morning.
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Access Database.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree preferred. (High School Diploma accepted)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
