CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Department : Sales and Administration
Position Summary :
Rotary Systems is looking for an individual with high energy and a can-do attitude to provide effective customer service using attention to detail to process customer orders and gain in-depth knowledge of our company processes by working with team members on projects and assisting with a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities :
Processing customer orders and changes with extreme attention to detail
Maintaining accuracy of customer data in our ERP system
Accurately process credit card charges for customer orders
Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
Greet visitors and notify employees of their arrival
Provide general administrative support across multiple departments as needed
Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks including filing, scanning and organization
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Manage office, breakroom and cleaning supplies
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail
Customer service experience
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
ERP experience preferred, IQMS a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information in a secure and responsible manner
Ability to multi task and work effectively in a team and independently
Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM
40 hours per week
