We are currently seeking CCTV Sewer Grout Truck Operator with chemical grouting experience to join our team in Tampa, FL! As a CCTV Sewer Grout Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating remote cameras to inspect inside sewer lines and storm drain lines for clients and determine if cleaning and / or repairs and reinstatement of service laterals after rehabilitation (cutting taps) are needed.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay is $22.00-$30.00 per hour dependent upon experience. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You’ll Do:
- Operate remote CCTV cameras to inspect inside sewer and storm drain repairs for clients
- Repair various sewer lines using a specific product and process
- Service, adjust, and perform minor repairs to the camera, equipment, and attachments
- Learn and follow Insituform's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and use of equipment
- Effectively work with supervisors, clients, peers, and subordinates
- Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
What We Need From You:
- Experience operating CCTV cameras and the chemical grouting process is highly preferred
- NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
- Experience working in an outdoor underground construction environment, preferably with CIPP, water, or sewer utilities is preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
- Willing and able to drive a box truck
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
- Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
- Ability to travel throughout Florida as needed
