About the Role
We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our digital project team, reporting to the Manager, Project Management. The role is focused on process analysis and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions with a deep understanding of the information provided.
- Identify and develop processes that improve efficiency and derive value for the organization.
- Help define system requirements and translate them to operations for end-user materials.
- Develop and maintain in-depth documentation, including process flow diagrams, technology schemas, and design plans.
- Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing efforts during implementation of all system enhancements.
Requirements
- A track record of successfully driving organizational change.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience managing or overseeing external consultants.
- Talent for translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Ability to work in and deliver results with small project teams.
- Experience with software development life cycle.
