Job Description
This is a critical role within Jobility Talent Solutions, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage various operations tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Operations team to pre-fill subscription agreements for clients related to alternative investments.
- Manage capital calls by researching received calls and preparing trades to meet client requirements.
- Conduct daily reconciliation and review CRIMs data loads to ensure successful data loading.
- Support new client setup in CRIMs and assist with migration of sensitive client data to secured shared drives.
- Document and implement processes for colleague and client access to external portals.
- Develop procedures for collecting bank information from clients and handling/processing it separately from daily trading activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Good verbal, written, and communication skills
- Tech savvy with ability to learn multiple platforms quickly
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience in operations processing
