We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in CRM platforms, who is organized, technically skilled, and eager to drive project success on the backend.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Master the use of our CRM tools to manage client relationships, automate processes, and ensure data integrity.
- Project & Task Management: Utilize ClickUp or similar tools to keep track of all CRM-related tasks and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- System Optimization: Regularly evaluate and optimize the setup of our CRM tools to enhance performance and user experience.
- Content Coordination for CRM: Oversee the creation of CRM workflows, email templates, and content strategies to enhance user engagement and client retention.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM data to aid in decision-making and improve client interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in CRM technologies and strategies to enhance system capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Organization & Documentation: Maintain well-structured documentation of CRM processes, guidelines, and training materials in Google Drive.
Ideal Skillset:
- Expertise in GoHighLevel
- Proficiency with Google Drive and ClickUp
- Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of content creation tools like Canva
