Client Renewal Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Client Renewal Coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for executing all renewal administrative tasks such as initiating requests from other departments for historical data in order to create accurate quotes for renewal team members.
Responsibilities:
- Initiates and prepares monthly client renewal information ensuring all required information and documents are requested and received in a timely manner.
- Works closely with Client Renewal Specialists by downloading and compiling documents needed to create accurate renewal packages.
- Prepares client renewal letters for clients in renewal.
- Assists in ensuring that all clients are audited on a timely basis by initiating, preparing, and completing rate adjustments to meet Management Team directives; including interfacing with the client, Client Renewal, Client Services, and Sales Departments to ensure complete and thorough bids and bid variables.
- Confers with Payroll Services, sales personnel and clients in order to estimate rates for new employees, tests rates, and estimates overhead expense.
- Enters and ensures the integrity of client information into appropriate systems in order for the client open enrollment process to proceed, and notifies applicable vendors.
- Maintains database and recall system, shares information in a timely manner with the Contact Center for potential worksite employee questions.
- Prepares mid-year contract change bids interfacing with Pricing and Review, Payroll, Service Operations, Client and Sales to ensure proper approvals and service fee calculations.
- Interfaces with Payroll Services to ensure rate accuracy and enters service rates into the system.
- Fulfills non-renewal requests for medical allocation reports by verifying whether the client has executed proper addendum(s) and prepares addendum(s), if needed. Runs the report for distribution to the client, Sales, or Service Operations.
- Handles confidential information with appropriate discretion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
