As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll solve unique challenges daily while building transferable skills in sales, marketing, and product development. This role offers the opportunity to master multi-channel communication, collaborate with a dynamic team, and make a real impact on small businesses and their clients. To thrive, you should have:

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Direct experience in tax, accounting, and/or legal industries preferred
• Previous Call Center experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Your duties as the Customer Care Representative will include:

• Use professional communication skills to process routine orders, respond to inquiries, identify leads, and promote our products and services
• Strive for 100% positive customer touches in all aspects of customer interactions
• Accurately process orders from an extensive, diverse product line with attention to detail, while identifying appropriate up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Consistently and accurately track and report your performance: orders, sales attempts, and successes
• Use empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems
• Enthusiastically embrace sales programs and contests designed to introduce new or enhanced products to customers and prospective customers
• Maintain clean and accurate customer records, including account information, order details, and customer issues
