IT Auditor / Dispatch Technician (Remote)

As the IT Auditor / Dispatch Technician, you will perform various audits of different systems throughout the company and work as one of our client’s dispatch technicians. As the ideal candidate, you must be able to triage tickets, calls, and emails, distributing issues through the ticketing system. You will also need a good IT background so we can train you to perform your duties as an auditor and dispatch technician. Our client offers opportunities for advancement, including dispatcher, help desk analyst, network engineer, project manager, and other advanced positions. They love to promote from within!

To be successful, you should have:

• 1 years’ experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting within a Windows environment.
• CompTIA A , Network , and/or Security certifications are a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborates effectively with team members to plan and deploy technical solutions.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for support requests and projects.
• Proficiency in Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
• Knowledgeable in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technology hardware and software.
• Familiarity with mobile device hardware and software (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
• Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software problems.
• Familiarity with networking hardware (routers, switches, wireless access points) is a plus.
• Basic administration experience with Network Operating Systems (Windows Server 2012, 2016) and Microsoft Exchange is a plus.

What you’ll do as the IT Auditor / Dispatch Technician:

• Perform many different audits of various systems in use throughout the company, learning about how they work and ensuring that clients are getting the services they contract for.
• Address inbound calls, emails, and tickets, distributing issues to appropriate resources.
• Respond to IT problems promptly, following service level agreements and documenting in the ticketing system.
• Update clients on ticket status, system outages, and network conditions.
• Communicate critical issues to escalation points.
• Handle sensitive data following privacy guidelines.
• Conduct audits and contribute to projects.
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
