Sales Information Liaison - MidMarket
This position is responsible for providing MidMarket Sales teams with the support and resources needed to maximize sales opportunities by working with prospects and Sales personnel in order to process all sales opportunities efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensures a thorough understanding of prospect expectations through discussions with the prospect, dialogue with Business Performance Consultants, Business Performance Advisors, District Managers, and sales management.
- Schedules and conducts information overview sessions with prospects, ensuring that all data requested is clear and concise, answering any questions the prospect may have.
- Communicates to all stakeholders (internally and externally) the items needed to provide a pricing proposal, including any gaps in collecting data.
- Interacts with Sales personnel and management in regard to bids, reports, information, correspondence and quote pricing process.
- Serves as a project manager to ensure the prospect proposal meeting timeline is met.
- Anticipates, identifies and communicates to management any issues that may impact the overall customer experience.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities, creates standards and communicates any changes to internal resources.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.
- Five years of experience in related field is preferred.
Skills
- Proven problem-solving skills. Proficient in using Word and Excel; working knowledge of database computer programs. Able to plan and organize workflow under narrow time limitations.
- Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
