Our current customer is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD. Nearly 10% of American children are diagnosed with ADHD, and for parents it can feel impossible to get the right care. We are building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers trusted care to all families. Our new clinical model is tech-enabled, backed by the best science, and has the potential to deliver exceptional health outcomes to transform a child’s trajectory. In the future, our pediatric care platform will expand rapidly to other common chronic conditions like asthma, allergies, and obesity.
This role is part-time 20hrs per week and candidate must be in Houston.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Physician Liaison, Pediatrics to join the Commercial team and fuel growth of our clinician referral network in Houston. The Physician Liaison will build relationships with pediatric clinicians, educate on offerings, and drive consistent referrals of qualifying patients to our company.
The Physician Liaison is expected to spend the majority of contracted hours each week in-market, meeting with providers, clinical managers, nurses and staff at pediatric practices and health care systems within their territory. The Liaison will also attend a limited number of internal meetings each week for purposes of territory planning, to provide market feedback, and / or learn about strategic initiatives they will promote into the region.
As a member of the Commercial team, you will work closely with cross-functional internal partners, including our business development, marketing, and operations teams to provide feedback on marketing materials, deliver field-level insights, and influence the development of our customer experience and patient / provider product offerings.
We’ll measure success by the number of new referring providers, return referrals, and meetings scheduled with referral sources in the designated territory. This is our first hire in the Texas market, so you will be launching in the territory from scratch.
