We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Microsoft Alliance Director to lead and expand Inspira’s strategic partnership with Microsoft. As part of the Strategic Alliances Team, you will be responsible for strengthening and advancing the partnership, driving sales growth, and developing innovative go-to-market strategies. This high-impact role requires expertise in partnership management, sales strategy, operational leadership, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Inspira’s Microsoft alliance growth strategy, managing and nurturing the partnership relationship.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding Microsoft-based service targets.
- Build and foster strong relationships with Microsoft leaders and sales teams, promoting Inspira’s offerings to support strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Inspira’s leadership and solution teams to develop joint solutions on Microsoft platforms, identify new business areas, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with account and industry leaders to expand Microsoft services across existing and new customer accounts.
- Establish Inspira as a trusted and recognized partner within Microsoft and the broader market.
- Work with Inspira’s Global Microsoft Practice Leader to proactively identify and launch new service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 10 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven success in managing Microsoft partnerships and driving growth through alliance channels.
- Expertise in selling Microsoft security services, from assessments and implementations to managed services.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and year-over-year growth in Microsoft services.
- Experience in pipeline development across various industry verticals.
- Strong background in marketing strategies, including account-based marketing and demand generation to accelerate growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Negotiation expertise, from partnership identification to successful execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively articulating strategies and collaborating with diverse teams.
This leadership role offers significant visibility within Inspira and requires close engagement with the company’s senior leadership team.
