- Communicate with patients and families to ensure smooth transportation processes.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced Degree Associates or greater preferred.
- Transport Dispatch or Call Intake experience required; 911 dispatch experience preferred.
- EMD Certification required within 12 months of hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
