- Information Systems Network Architect
- to join us at our Bridgeton, NJ location. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing network solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities :Design and implement network solutions tailored to business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability and securityConduct network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimizationCollaborate with Systems Engineering and Telecom teams to ensure network design supports all necessary platformsLead cabling optimization projects, ensuring compliance with industry cabling standards and best practicesCollaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to define project scope and Objectives and provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycleTroubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing expert guidance and solutionsCreate and maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations and changesProvide training and support to internal teams as necessaryQualifications :Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field; Master’s degree preferred8 years of experience in network architecture and design, with a strong focus on both enterprise wired and wireless networksCompleted CCNA, or must be completed within 3 months of hireCompTIA A and CCNP Enterprise requiredExpertise in networking technologies, including LAN / WAN, VPNs, firewalls and advanced wireless solutions (e.g., Wi-Fi 6, mesh networking)Experience with migrating / refreshing projects from one platform to anotherProficiency with network management and monitoring tools (e.g., Arista, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)In-depth knowledge of cabling standards and experience leading cabling optimization projects with strong understanding of Layer 1 network technologies (cabling, connectors, fiber, wireless, etc.)Solid understanding of network security protocols and practicesFamiliarity with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments is a plusFind your inspiration.Team players, leaders, innovators, nurturers, educators, advocates, people with character—these are the people we hire at Inspira.
