- Information Systems Network Manager
- to join us at our Bridgeton, NJ location. In this position, you will oversee the robust infrastructure supporting our 4-hospital system and lead a diverse team of engineers. With a focus on stability, reliability and performance optimization, the Network Manager will provide proactive management, troubleshooting expertise and comprehensive documentation to support mission-critical services.

Responsibilities :Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining secure networks across Inspira HealthProvide engineer-level architectural and design input to set strategic direction for the development of data networks and supporting infrastructure environmentMake recommendations to the Director of Infrastructure for enhancing network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectivesProactively manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and mobile networks in all office and Point of Service locations, ensuring optimal performance, security and contingencyOversee the management and enhancement of Alcatel Lucent, CISCO, Palo Alto Firewalls, core infrastructure, Aruba Wireless Infrastructure, access points, Fortnet SDwan and routing technologiesTroubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and / or sofware applications within LANs, WANs, telephones and security systems, ensuring timely resolution and service restorationDevelop, deploy, maintain and manage Data Network Infrastructure, including capacity management, NOC operational monitoring and off-hours supportConduct security analysis and design, implementing measures to protect network assets and data from potential threats or breachesEnsure all documentation, including network diagrams, procedure manuals and disaster recovery plans, is kept up to date to support effective network management and troubleshootingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to address network-related issues, implement solutions and drive continuous improvement in network performance and reliabilityQualifications :Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics or telephone engineering preferredCCIE preferred; CCNP must be obtained within 1 year of hire dateProven record of designing and implementing complex network solutions, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and security infrastructure, ideally within a healthcare or similarly regulated environmentExperience in managing diverse teams of engineers, providing direction, mentorship and support to ensure the successful execution of network projects and operationsIn-depth knowledge and experience in network security analysis, design and implementation, including familiarity with industry-leading firewall technologies and best practices for securing healthcare data and systemsExperience in managing relationships with network technology vendors, evaluating new technologies and making strategic recommendations for network enhancements based on business needs and industry trendsDemonstrated experience in managing the implementation of large-scale network infrastructure-based projectsFind your inspiration.Team players, leaders, innovators, nurturers, educators, advocates, people with character—these are the people we hire at Inspira.
