MAJOR FUNCTION: Serves as a Telecommunications Engineer responsible for executing projects relating to Contact Center Telecom services and ensure that initiatives support the corporate vision. Responsible for second tier trouble ticket resolution. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Experience: Associate degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3-5 years experience of proven telecommunications engineering in enterprise environment (greater than 2500 users). Previous Customer Service experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: NA Knowledge Skills: Able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Able to exhibit a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
