Title : Director, Fleet Sales
Compensation : $150-180k commission
Location : This role is remote eligible, with occasional travel to our Washington, DC office along with external conferences and client sites as needed.

Your Mission :
You will be a key front-end direct sales professional presenting our complete suite of comprehensive fleet electrification solutions. This position will leverage a wide breadth of experience to create and deliver clear and executable roadmaps focused on cost savings, transition feasibility, and structured financial solutions.
You will report to Maureen Gillespie , VP Sales & Key Accounts.

As a result, you added more revenue than we had anticipated and increased our profitability all while helping to decarbonize our planet and feeling great about the small role you played in our collective fight against climate change.
Outcomes You’ll Deliver :
- Structure, price and negotiate complex customer-centric financial leasing and charging solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. This is a full-cycle sales process in which you will be managing your pipeline from lead generation through close.
- Tightly manage your pipeline and be able to speak to its progress by properly updating and tracking metrics via our CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with management and our support teams (all of whom are your colleagues) to develop and present EV transition plans and sales presentations to targeted prospects.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders and develop multi-level relationships within target companies.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Elevate our brand and image as our key brand ambassador by heavily networking at customer site meetings, conferences, and other key events to generate more revenue.
