What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Structure, price, and negotiate complex customer-centric financial leasing and charging solutions

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing, using CRM tools like Salesforce

Collaborate with management and support teams to develop and present EV transition plans to prospects

Build and maintain multi-level relationships with key decision-makers within target companies

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales

Proven track record of selling disruptive technology or new products

Strong prospecting, time management, networking, and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with the fleet electrification, transportation, or energy industries

Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience in managing a complex sales cycle (12-18 months)

Ability to sell based on value proposition rather than price

Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to present complex material effectively

Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets

Experience with customer-centric financial solutions in the EV segment
