Position Overview:
The Client Experience Manager – Administrative Assistant will be a primary point of contact for clients and will be an integral part of the overall client experience for a portfolio of small business clients, ensure seamless communication with our clients, and communication within the hybrid team at our firm. This role is crucial in establishing and nurturing client relationships. We are technology forward - always implementing apps, software and technology in our firm. The ability to learn and leverage technology will help you succeed in this role. Ideal candidate would be comfortable with communicating and supporting clients in use of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:

· Maintain billing for client services and collection of fees.

· Update our internal QBO file

· Be a liaison for communication between clients and hybrid remote team

Administrative Support:

· Main point of contact for client questions.

· Work closely with the CPA firm owners on scheduling meetings and email communications.

· Project management software maintenance.

Client and Marketing Support:

· Continued point of contact for client experience and connection to our firm’s software and services.

· Maintain client database and CRM software to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

· Communicate firm policies, expectations and services clearly to clients, setting the foundation for long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing or a related field.
1 years of experience in an administrative/customer service/office management role within the last 2 years.

Experience working at a CPA firm is a huge plus.

Experience with using software such as QuickBooks Online, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe a must. Familiarity with marketing automation and client engagement strategy software is a plus.

Willingness to adapt and learn about new technologies.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail are a must.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
