ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive individual to join our team and help expand our business. Your main responsibility will be to proactively find and bring in new clients, understand their specific insurance needs, and offer customized solutions. By building strong relationships, your goal will be to facilitate business growth and enhance our reputation in the market.
As an Independent Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services. You will exclusively represent the Globe Life Family Heritage suite of supplemental insurance products in this role. This will involve engaging with potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our offerings, and effectively closing sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference, can work well without supervision, and is willing to work to gain freedom and flexibility. This position also includes leadership development for career growth.
We provide training to all our agents to meet company standards, both in the classroom and in the field. Therefore, no existing sales experience is required, and all career backgrounds are welcome.
Ultimately, your dedication and results-driven approach will contribute to the overall success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients and build relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Assess the needs of business or individual customers and sell them appropriate insurance plans.
- Educate customers about different insurance coverage options and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Collect information from clients to offer them the best solution.
- Fulfill all company and state-regulated policy requirements.
- Keep all insurance documents confidential.
Requirements and Skills

- High school degree or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license required
- Either current Life and Health License or Ability to obtain
Position
- Full-time
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Commission-based- Paid up to 3 times per week
- Commission vesting schedule, Bonus Pay, Stock Options
- No territory restrictions.
