ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for keeping marketing projects on track? As a Traditional Marketing Project Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing workflows, maintaining schedules, and building strong relationships with clients. Supporting some of America’s favorite QSR brands, you’ll juggle multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines are met with precision. If you’re a pro at turning chaos into clarity, we want you on our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Workflow Wizard : Manage scheduling, processing, and trafficking of deliverables from kickoff to completion, ensuring projects move seamlessly through our creative pipeline.
- Project Planner : Support the creation and in-take of detailed project plans and timelines, keeping everyone aligned and on track.
- Deck Dynamo : Collaborate with creatives to develop and maintain presentation decks, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout the process.
- Tracking Pro : Monitor project progress, capture client feedback during live reviews, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Efficiency Expert : Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, helping the team deliver even faster and better.
- Client Relations Builder : Serve as a key contact between clients and the Creative Services team, ensuring smooth communications and collaboration.
