Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Loyalty and Enterprise Partnerships to lead the development, planning, and execution of key partnerships that drive growth for our loyalty programs across multiple brands. This role requires a strong understanding of points-based loyalty programs, along with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-brand environment within a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise to build partnerships that drive program enrollment, enhance customer engagement, brand loyalty, and drive incremental revenue. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partnership Strategy & Development: Lead the development of strategic partnerships that enhance our loyalty offerings and drive value for our customers. Identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and create frameworks that align with the goals of our loyalty programs. 
  • Loyalty Program Integration: Collaborate closely with the centralized tech, commercial and brand teams to integrate new partnerships into the loyalty program platform. Ensure all partnerships are scalable and adaptable across our multiple brands, while considering the unique needs of each brand. 
  • Cross-Brand Collaboration: Manage relationships with internal teams across our family of brands to understand their goals, challenges, and customer insights. Tailor partnership strategies to suit individual brand needs, while leveraging the shared loyalty platform and capabilities where applicable. 
  • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of partnership programs from start to finish, including campaign planning, activation, and tracking performance. Monitor success metrics and ensure partners deliver against agreed KPIs. 
  • Partnerships Innovation & Optimization: Continuously seek out innovative loyalty program features, benefits, and technology solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement. Optimize partnerships to ensure they are mutually beneficial and drive long-term loyalty. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide regular updates on partnership performance, highlighting insights and opportunities for scaling or refining loyalty efforts. 
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of loyalty and partnership trends in the QSR and casual dining industry, gathering insights on competitors and identifying opportunities to differentiate our loyalty offerings. 
  • Budget Management: Own the financial aspects of partnership initiatives, including the management of budgets, forecasts, and ensuring partnerships remain cost-effective and sustainable. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in loyalty marketing, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the quick service restaurant (QSR), consumer goods, or hospitality sectors. 
  • Proven experience in managing points-based loyalty programs and driving successful partnerships that enhance customer experience and brand engagement. 
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, loyalty technology platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-brand organizations and lead initiatives that can scale across several brands, while remaining flexible for brand-specific needs. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to forecast, make decisions and measure success. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results.
