We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional, preferably with HHA or CNA certification, to provide exceptional care for our client in the Hammond area. The ideal candidate must be available for night shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes
- Assist with daily living activities
- Support clients with housekeeping tasks
- Assist with medication reminders
- Transport Client
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, or home health aide
- HHA/CNA certification (Prefer)
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance (Must be willing to drive for the client)
- Recent TSpot results, Two-step TB/PPD tests, or equivalent blood tests within the last year (Required)
- CPR/BLS/Heartsaver Card - issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (Required)
