Mental Health Therapist / Clinician – 1099 Contract Preferred

Make an Impact in the Lives of Others — and Your OwnInspire Counseling & Support Center is seeking Contracted (1099) Clinicians to join our caring and collaborative outpatient team. Whether you're building a private caseload or seeking a full-time role with flexibility and purpose, we have space for you to grow.
We offer full-time, part-time, or flexible scheduling with the support of an established mental health organization committed to inspiring brighter and healthier lives.
Full-Time Schedule Options- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or
- 4-Day Workweek | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop treatment plans and document services in a timely, accurate manner
- Coordinate care with internal staff and external providers
- Engage in supervision and team collaboration when needed
- Must be comfortable and willing to work with children and families
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure or license-eligibility in Massachusetts (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, etc.)
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with children and adolescents (preferred or willing to learn)
- CADC certification or interest in obtaining it is a plus
