Job Title: Pediatric Physician Traditional Practice
- Requirements:
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician
- • If Board Eligible, sitting for next available exam
- • MD or DO degree
- Responsibilities:
- • Plan and carry out medical care program for children from birth through adolescence to aid in mental and physical growth and development
- • Examine patients to determine presence of disease and to establish preventive health practices
- • Determine nature and extent of disease or injury, prescribe and administer medications and immunizations, and perform various medical duties
- • See own patients at the hospital, if needed
- • Attend C-sections and deliveries
- • Participate in call team with 1:4 rotation
- • Obtain and maintain a Vermont Medical License
- • Utilize Athena EMR system
