ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Technology Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for the strategy, direction, goals, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of our marketing automation efforts, including email, SMS, chatbots, and ACP. The ideal candidate will oversee our marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation (MS Dynamics 365), email marketing, analytics tools, and SMS, to optimize marketing efforts through the use of automation tools and data analysis.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

• Strategy & Direction:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for marketing automation and technology initiatives.
• Marketing Automation:
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage and optimize email, SMS, and chatbot marketing campaigns to ensure messages reach the right audience at the right time.
• Technology Stack Management:
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRM (MS Dynamics 365), marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, analytics tools, and SMS.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of all marketing technology tools.
• Data Analysis & Optimization:
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Personalized Marketing:
  • Craft personalized marketing experiences by segmenting audiences and tailoring content based on individual preferences and behavior.
  • Ensure personalized marketing efforts align with the integrated marketing strategy.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing technology initiatives support broader marketing and business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team on best practices for using marketing technology tools.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, and data analysis.
• 5 years of experience analyzing data to generate insights and build digital solutions.
• Experience using SQL and Power BI or analytics and reporting
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms (MS Dynamics 365), email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree or M.B.A
• Project management and/or consulting experience in healthcare
• Extensive experience with real-time marketing in Dynamics CRM
• Experience in designing and executing quantitative and qualitative surveys

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($102,200 - $153,200) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
