ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Media Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and overall management of key paid media programs. This role requires a customer-service mindset while working cross-functionally to execute and improve key programs to ensure a positive experience for both patients and customers along the care pathway.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across digital platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Paid Search, and TikTok.
• Oversee traditional media campaigns, including print, out-of-home (OOH), linear TV, cable, and connected TV (CTV).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective media plans.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge media strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, particularly in the medical and healthcare sectors.
• Develop and lead training for internal teams and external partners on media strategies and best practices.
• Partner with IT and other departments on program enhancements and features.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in media management, including agency management.
• Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Paid Search, TikTok).
• Proficiency in traditional media channels such as print, OOH, linear TV, cable, and CTV.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including lead nurturing, market research, technology, and budgeting.
• Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and change.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($93,500 - $126,500) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
