ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
This position requires strong skills in communications, collaboration, project management and problem solving and is responsible for the primary support of system users. The analyst will participate in ongoing design and implementation of requests from field sales and related departments to our customer relationship management and other data systems. In addition, this position will interface with many Inspire functional areas and external vendors to meet objectives in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. This role must be flexible for changing priorities and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
- Monitor and respond to Dynamics support mailbox consisting of questions and issues arising from daily use of the system
- Contribute to the vision for Inspire’s Dynamics application
- Assist in developing/maintaining a short and long-range project plan for Inspire’s Dynamics CRM application and other related data sources and applications
- Work cross-functionally to vet ideas, prioritize projects and design solutions to maximize the impact of Dynamics CRM
- Be a subject matter expert in Dynamics CRM and other Sales & Marketing tools providing support and guidance to field users and internal users
- Creation and maintenance of training content for system users
- Contribute to growing knowledge base of system functionality
- Ensure effective integration of multiple sources of health care professional and patient information to enable a world class understanding of customers and patients - enable management action and business understanding
- Fulfills data requests leveraging expertise of Inspire data
- Conducts appropriate analysis of existing data to help identify patterns, troubleshoots data inconsistencies and errors, aids data quality and supports business cases implementing solutions to prevent future issues while fixing existing issues
- Upload and update data to support quarterly processing and other ad hoc business needs
- Evaluate third-party applications for appropriate sales and marketing functions as needed
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience with sales operations or business analyst experience
- Must display a high level of critical thinking to weigh alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with the business strategy
- Work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities
- Multiple years of direct use and project management experience with a customer relationship management application such as MS Dynamics CRM or Salesforce.
- Multiple years of experience with MS office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas and systems
- Demonstrated skill in the areas of building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking
- Strong aptitude for achieving successful outcomes: intelligent, tenacious, objective oriented
- Must be tough and determined
- Continuously curious and investigative by nature
Preferred:
- MS Office Certifications, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, PMP Certification
- Direct experience with Dynamics CRM projects and/or release cycles
- Proficiency in MS-Access, SSMS, MS-Excel and data manipulation
- Consumer focused medical device industry experience
SALARY
The salary for this position is expected to be between ($84,500 - $114,300) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
