ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The ACP Marketing Associate is responsible for the development, execution, and overall management of Inspire’s Advisor Care Program. The position requires a customer-service mindset while working cross-functionally to execute and improve key programs to ensure a positive experience for both patient and customers along the Inspire care pathway.

The salary for this position is expected to be between ( $58,700 - $88,100 ) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The ACP Marketing Associate is responsible for the development, execution, and overall management of Inspire’s Advisor Care Program. The position requires a customer-service mindset while working cross-functionally to execute and improve key programs to ensure a positive experience for both patient and customers along the Inspire care pathway.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
- Assisting with day to day management of patient call center program
- Assisting with day to day management of InspireSleep.com’s physician listings
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors while responding in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Manage Advisor Care Program escalation list to ensure prospective patients have a positive experience and are scheduled in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize programs and improve the overall customer and physician experience
- Become an expert in Advisor Care Program scheduling methods, and speak confidently to Inspire Field Team on process, implementation and results
- Provide feedback to Inspire Advisor team on call scores, tonality, scripting, etc
- Internal technology expert, assisting with strategy and on-going improvements to the call center platform, allowing for a better patient and Advisor experience
- Create and lead training for our internal sales team to execute programs effectively with our customers
- Auditing of programs utilizing the Inspire Advisor Care Program
- Work closely with Inspire Advisor Care Program leadership team to drive efficiency and results
- Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Project management experience and/or strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and uncertainty to deliver results with cross-functional teams in a positive manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- One to three years of related experience in business, marketing programs, customer service, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM (Dynamics preferred)
- Working collaboratively with external vendors
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical device or call center operations
