Since its set-up in 2010, our client’s US operation has been growing at a very fast pace and is now selling its products in more than 24,000 retail stores including Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart. Our client is also a growing leader in the field of infection control for hospitals.
To accompany the very strong growth of our client’s healthcare division, we are currently seeking a full time field sales support administrator to provide back office support for our Field Sales team.
Job Description
Responsibilities / Duties include:
- Answering phone calls
- Manage accounts receivable
- Manage accounts payable
- Order management : receipt & acknowledgment, entry into invoicing system, negotiation of shipping rates with carriers and/or brokers, dispatch instructions to warehouse for handling & shipping; ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
Attend US tradeshows and congresses. Traveling within the US may be required.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate
- Proactive on the phone
- Self-motivated
