We seeking a compassionate, professional, and dedicated individual to join our Infant team at Inspire Crayon Campus! Our center values high-quality care, nurturing environments, and fostering developmental milestones. As an infant teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment for infants in your care. The ideal candidate will be loving to each child in their care, flexible, have excellent communication skills, and align with our commitment to providing exceptional care and education for young children.

Key Responsbilities:
1. Infant Care and Safety
- Provide supervision consistently throughout the day of infants in your care to ensure safety and security.
- Create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Attend to infants' needs including feeding, diapering, comforting, and redirection.
2. Curriculum and Development
- Implement individual lesson plans based on developmental milestones, ensuring activities promoting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Use age-appropriate materials and teaching methods.
- Regularly observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents.
3. Communication and Fostering Relationships
- Establish open, clear, and positive communication with co-workers, administrators, and families.
- Maintain regular updates with families regarding the child's development, milestones, and daily activities.
- Fostering strong relationships with both children and families, ensuring families feel confident and supported in their child's care.
4. Collaboration with Team
- Work closely with other teachers and staff to maintain a team-oriented, positive environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
5. Professionalism and Values
- Model professionalism in behavior, appearance, and communication at all times.
- Align with and promote the values and mission of our daycare center, focusing on creativity, kindness, and high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma required
- ECE certification, CDA, or Bachelors in Education, Psychology, Sociology, and related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with infants or in an early childhood setting preferred.
- Comfortable bending, stopping and bending throughout the day.
- Ability to actively engage with infants and participate in interactive play.
