We currently have an opening in our accounting department for an individual who can handle a variety of tasks while processing work in an accurate and timely manner. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Quickbooks. A positive attitude and good people skills are essential.
Ideal Candidate should have experience in the following areas:
*Quickbooks
*Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
*Payroll
*HR
*Certified Payroll
*Commissions
*Bank Reconciliations
*Sales Tax Reporting
*Good Time Management
*Excellent communications Skills
Full time; 40 hour per week position Monday-Thursday 7:30 am -5:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 11:15 am.
