Accounting Specialist Details :
Temporary position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Assist with processing invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying approvals and correct coding
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Prepare and review financial reports and presentations for accuracy and completeness
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax preparation
Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments
Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization and develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes & requirements
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and develop dashboards or reports to track business performance over time
Temporary only for 3 months
Accounting Specialist Qualifications :
Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience
High accuracy in work and meticulous attention to detail
Strong ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience with Agile methodologies can be a plus
