ABOUT THE ROLE

Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA. You will dispatch directly from your home to job sites without the need to report to a central office. Work hours align with business operations (Monday to Saturday).

In your role as a Closet Sales Representative - Designer, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget as well as design custom storage solutions that reflect their unique style and requirements. Your day will involve:

• Traveling directly from your home to client appointments.
• Conducting consultations in person or virtually to assess storage needs.
• Developing and presenting tailored design solutions using industry-leading design software.
• Providing expert guidance on finishes, materials, and functionality.
• Managing a mix of company-provided and self-generated leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Closing sales by effectively communicating the value of Inspired Closets' craftsmanship and solutions.
• Collaborating with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLOSET SALES REPRESENTATIVE - DESIGNER

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in closet design or a related field
• Fluency in design software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience, especially with a consultative approach
• Knowledge of the home improvement, building, or remodeling industries
