Pay Range: $75,000 - $200,000 (base commission)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Schedule: This is a full-time, hybrid role. You'll enjoy the flexibility of dispatching directly from home to client appointments, with shifts scheduled during our business hours (Monday to Saturday).

Your Position: As a Home Storage and Closet Designer, your day begins with heading directly from home to a client consultation-no need to stop by an office. You meet homeowners excited to transform their spaces, listening closely to their needs and dreams. Using your design expertise and software skills, you create tailored storage solutions that combine functionality and style.

From presenting designs to closing sales, you guide clients through the entire process with professionalism and enthusiasm. Some leads are provided, but the most successful designers also take the initiative to generate their own opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in closet design or a related field
• Fluency in design software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)

We would prefer you to have:

• Sales experience, especially with a consultative approach
• Knowledge of the home improvement, building, or remodeling industries
