Pay Range: $75,000 - $200,000 (base commission)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A CLOSET DESIGNER - SALES REP
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in closet design or a related field
- Fluency in design software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
We'd love it if you also have:
- Sales experience, especially with a consultative approach
- Knowledge of the home improvement, building, or remodeling industries
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
As a Closet Designer - Sales Rep, each day starts with you leaving from home and heading to meet clients at their homes or virtually. You dive into understanding their needs, preferences, and vision for beautifully organized spaces. Using your design expertise and software skills, you craft custom solutions that align with their style and budget.
From presenting designs to closing deals, you rely on a mix of house-provided and self-generated leads to deliver exceptional service. Every day offers the chance to bring smiles to clients' faces as you help them reclaim their spaces in style.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Pittsburgh, PA. You'll dispatch daily to job sites directly from home and work flexible shifts during business hours (Monday to Saturday).
