We are seeking a dedicated Day Services Program Coordinator to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in living their best lives in the community.
Under the guidance of the Director of Programs, the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our team by coordinating daily activities and services that promote community engagement and quality of life for our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily group and skill-building activities in the community, helping individuals develop and maintain skills for competitive employment and community involvement
- Foster positive relationships with participants, staff, families, and community partners
- Use technology to support communication and service delivery
- Monitor attendance and documentation for accurate billing
- Support recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of related experience in Administrative, Operations, and/or Program-related job roles
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience in employment support and Community Development Services working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills
