Account Manager

Join Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) as an Account Manager, where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams, and driving operational excellence.

Your primary focus will be on managing account-specific goals along with maintaining strong relationships while being the primary contact for our clients. You will guide projects from inception through execution, ensuring that all deliverables are met within deadlines and financial expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communications and dedicated support
• Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, within scope, and on budget
• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Lead meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on objectives, expectations, and project progress
• Monitor account metrics and provide regular reporting on performance to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with production and creative teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify opportunities for upselling and additional service offerings to clients

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in client services or project management
• Must reside in the Charlotte, NC area and have reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of digital and print production processes, preferably in a marketing or advertising context
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with project management tools
