Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Summary : The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees, all while aligning with the company's long-term strategic goals and employer branding initiatives.

- Work with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategy, job advertisements, basic qualification questions, interview panel and structure.
- Directly source talent from a variety of places including job boards, social media etc.
- Help refine an efficient screening and interview process to help the firm quickly identify and acquire top talent.
- Identify and recommend recruitment strategies that will attract and source quality candidates by considering the most relevant job boards and advertising methods (while maintaining a cost focus).
- Contribute to build up a talent pipeline and support Hiring Managers and co-workers in their development, according to the business needs.
- Ability to call applicants to conduct phone screens or video interviews.
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or three or more years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
