Summary : The Inspire Georgia provides temporary shelter care and case management services to unaccompanied children in the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) custody. The Lead Clinician is responsible for the long-range and day-to-day growth and enhancement of the clinical services provided. She / he will supervise all clinicians and the Prevention of Sexual Abuse Manager (PSA). She / he will collaborate with the Lead Case Manager to ensure that the clinicians and PSA have the resources and support they need to provide successful services.

P erforms other duties as assigned to meet program needs.
Minimum Qualifications :
Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral health field or related experience working with children and families preferred, plus two years of experience coordinating or supervising direct service staff work.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Extended Reach, electronic databases.
Must have the ability to communicate in a culturally competent manner.
Must be sensitive to the served population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
Ability to work within a team and to work independently.
Ability to take the initiative.
Hybrid, combination of in person and remote work.
On-call required.
Must have a personal vehicle, a valid Georgia Driver's license and have personal auto insurance and a good driving record.
