What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst / Project Manager position at INSPYR Solutions?
Location: Austin, TX (remote must be local to TX)
Duration: Contract

We’re seeking a well-rounded consultant with a strong blend of Project Management, Data Management, and Business Analysis skills to support the ongoing Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS) initiative.
Project Management:
Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale, cross-functional data projects. Ability to manage timelines, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and track progress on efforts such as legacy system decommissioning and dashboard rollout.
Data Management:
Hands-on experience with data integration, migration, and transformation—preferably within a centralized data platform. Familiarity with data marts, canonical models, and ensuring data quality as systems transition into modern platforms
Business Analysis:
Strong background in gathering and translating business requirements across departments into actionable data and technical solutions. Ability to map existing business processes and collaborate with teams to ensure successful adoption of the new system
Tools & Technologies:
- Cloud-based data environments (GCP preferred)
- Tableau or similar BI tools for reporting and dashboarding
- SQL Server and data warehousing environments
- Experience with or knowledge of legacy system transitions
Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
- SQL
