What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager/Business Analyst position at Onset Technologies?
Key Project Objectives:
- Leverage data from a recently concluded Request for Information (RFI) to identify and document business needs
- Conduct small group stakeholder meetings for requirements gathering
- Draft, publish, and manage the RFP process, including the evaluation and proposal presentation phases
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years project management experience
- Experience as a BSA or Agile PM on large-scale enterprise asset management implementation or migration projects
- Proven history working with leadership and procurement to develop formal RFPs and evaluation criteria
- Skilled in organizing, facilitating, and leading meetings with diverse stakeholders
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and scope development skills, including diagrams and process maps
- Experienced in serving as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Confident in creating technical diagrams and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management/CMMS Applications is a plus
