Overview : We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team focused on network deployment and infrastructure. This role involves managing complex programs, analyzing data metrics, and driving performance improvements across multiple global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure or data center environments, exceptional data analytics skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to network deployment and infrastructure projects. Develop detailed plans, execute deliverables, and manage time effectively across multiple programs.
- Data Analytics & Reporting : Perform robust data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and present dashboards and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Program Management : Oversee the integration of technical activities, analyze technology and resource needs, and assess project feasibility. Manage global programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members. Support staff development and maintain high competence levels.
- Contract & Cost Management : Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates related to network deployment projects.
- Technical Consultation : Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare and finalize project specifications. Provide expertise in network deployment and infrastructure.
