The Senior Network Engineer will join the Global Implementations team, responsible for designing and deploying on-premises and cloud-based network infrastructures for clients across various regions. The role emphasizes performance, security, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Provide global customer support for network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to:
- Cisco routing/switching
- Cisco Meraki and legacy wireless
- Palo Alto firewalls
- Cisco and Fortinet firewalls
- Act as the final escalation point for critical network incidents/outages.
- Lead incident response and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- Research and evaluate new network technologies and tools.
- Collaborate directly with clients to design tailored network solutions.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of relevant network engineering experience.
- CCNP Certification.
- Deep expertise in:
- Cisco Nexus, BGP, OSPF
- Enterprise network design
- Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Palo Alto firewalls (VPN, SSL decryption, failover, etc.)
- Fortinet and Cisco FTD firewalls
- Cisco SD-WAN, Catalyst, and Nexus devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- CCIE certification
- Experience with SonicWall devices
- Background in the Financial Services industry
