About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Insta Graphic Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new market opportunities and drive sales for heat press machines and custom heat transfers, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage customers to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Directly support new and existing customers on product specifications, features, and pricing, making recommendations based on their needs.
- Build an active prospect list to increase market penetration for new and existing markets.
- Develop business relationships with prospects, customers, and distributors to provide solutions and grow sales.
- Proactive account management, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide critical information to marketing and management, including market trends and competitive activity.
- Engage with marketing to develop strategies and approaches for our products and services, assisting in writing blogs and articles to support the company.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of competitors and the marketplace.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend domestic and international trade shows, promoting sales through personal visits, trade shows, and web-based presentations.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts, metrics, and budgets with accuracy and analytical detail.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing reasonable requests of management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, with technical sales experience a plus.
- Strong people skills, able to build credibility with both internal and external customers.
- Good working knowledge of heat press machines and custom heat transfers.
- Effective communication, organization, interpersonal, and team-building skills, able to manage/prioritize multiple accounts in a rapidly changing environment.
- Able to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to mitigate gaps and issues with creative and effective solutions.
- Math skills for quoting purposes.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Skilled working with customers located in both US and foreign countries, able to clearly communicate via email, telephone call, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills, proficient in organizing formal sales presentations.
- Goal-oriented self-starter working with minimal supervision.
