Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize software tools to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism during all interactions.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our offerings and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns during the call process.
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and the sales team's schedule.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maintain accurate records of all communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably within a technology sales environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
