Appointment Setter

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. This role is essential in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, making them an integral part of our business development strategy.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
• Utilize software tools to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism during all interactions.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our offerings and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns during the call process.
• Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and the sales team's schedule.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maintain accurate records of all communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably within a technology sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with potential clients.
• Proficiency in using software tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and services to better engage prospects.
• Previous experience in inside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
