Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Event marketing such as home shows, fairs and festivals with a proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising sales is also beneficial. This role requires a strong ability to recruit, hire and train a staff for both canvas and events.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee all outside event marketing to include neighborhood canvassing, shows, fairs and festivals.
- Recruit, Hire and train staff that are sufficient to cover all events in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Experience
- Proven experience in an outside marketing management role with a focus on canvassing and event marketing is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
